Is it possible to pay by card?
Yes, card payment is possible.

How can I buy a season pass?
Season passes are available here – you can purchase them directly from us.
How does 24/7 entry with the app work?
In our app you generate a QR code and scan it on the reader located on the door. The door will unlock automatically and you have 10 seconds to enter.
You can also unlock the door with the Multisport app, but only if you have worked out here before and we already have you in the system.
Can I cancel or freeze my season pass?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
Gym Operation
Do I need my own key/lock for the locker in the changing room?
No, nothing like that is needed. Keys are available in the changing rooms and are marked with the locker number.
Is a towel mandatory?
Yes, for hygiene reasons we require the use of towels. If you forget yours, we’ll gladly lend you one for 20 CZK.
What facilities do the changing rooms have?
In the changing rooms you’ll find hair dryers and hygiene wipes for your maximum comfort.
Is it possible to work out barefoot in the gym?
For safety reasons we require indoor shoes.
Can I use Skinners socks or similar instead of shoes?
Yes, that’s possible, as long as they are non-slip.
What are the gym rules?
Besides using towels and clean indoor shoes suitable for the gym, eating and consuming alcoholic beverages is prohibited in our gym.
What if I need advice during my workout?
If you need advice during your workout, don’t hesitate to contact the reception.
What are the clothing requirements?
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in – the main thing is that it’s clean and doesn’t smell 😄
What is the minimum age for entry?
Up to 15 years of age, entry is only possible when accompanied by an adult.
Can small children come to the gym if I don’t have anyone to look after them?
Yes, small children can be with you, but they must be supervised at all times during your workout.
Can I record myself during training?
Yes, you can record yourself as long as you don’t restrict other people working out.
Do you prefer informal or formal address in the gym?
We mainly prefer a friendly atmosphere – it’s up to you 😊
Is there a personal scale or a device like InBody available in the gym?
Yes, for now we have a scale available.
Do you have Wi-Fi in the gym?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available.
